this may be a personal question for some, but, its late, and i'm curious. Sorry if this is a repeat thread.
-
word thanks.

anyone ever order anything from these guys?
I ordered a record from them a while back, and haven't heard/seen anything.
Paypal has spoiled/ruined our lives! OMG 8 days till 45 day cut off! must.. file... dispute...

hey cadet, any luck with your ben folds quest?
edit: nevermind, guess i should read the thread before posting.
still hunting elliott singles that are not $300 BINS?

GUILTY. i am quick to harp on varient nerds but i am definitely a discog nerd. Elliott Smith (this was pre-reissue, folks) and American Analog Set have been my most costly. i paid 50 bucks for an anamset EP that i think is awful and boring. fuck.

anyone around here have an Autolux - Future Perfect 2xLP they wanna part ways with for some cash?
i know that they are not really big on this board, but im hoping one of you kids has an extra
There was 3 recently on ebay, and i lost out on them all. fuck my life.

i have one RAR. i know its not a "new" observation, but, i think collecting variants is simply being materialistic. i know its a passion/hobby to a lot of (mostly younger) collectors. but i just don't see the point.
There are a lot more stupid hobbies than collecting 4,732 copies of the same album, but, 'celebrating a bands entire catalog' on vinyl seems just as fun, and a lot more economical than variants.
I just spent like $70 on AmAnSets 'know by heart' on a BIN that popped up. that was the last LP i needed for their complete discography My point is, I know what its like to really want a record, but, if there was 3 different pressings of Know By Heart (theres not, theres one and its /500) I wouldn't buy the other ones.
Sorry for the bored-at-work rant.

you only got 6 weeks to file that claim. fuck it, it will put his paypal balance on hold as well. if i dont get a response or anything, i file one within 3 weeks.

why would she want one? i thought that bracelet gimmick died years ago.

-
those myspace songs offer nothing. no buy ever.
-

What's another $50 after $900? And yes, this is the definitive Thrice album. Thrice will be my favorite band for a long, long time still. You made a good choice!
that was my exact rational!
did anyone order from vagrant or any other distro? is the price the same?
-
whos down to sell it?
i know one of you kids has (at least) one of these collecting dust.
PM me a faux-BIN.

It's the best thing Thrice has done I think.
fuck it. ordered
i really shouldnt have though. i just spend $900 on 3 Laker tickets. my kids first game is going to be seen from the 7th row ftw.
-
i wonder if this is any good? i'm not going to order it just because its 'limited to 3000.' can someone up this plz.
-
I just got "These Arms Are Snakes - This Is Meant to Hurt You" on clear pink used for $4.00 in great condition.
I really like that record. I know nothing about the pressings or even how limited that LP is, but i would pay 4 bucks for any color or pressing of that, just to own it.
If you have time, throw ye old iPhone in front of that record and take a picture of it. I love seeing pink vinyl for some reason. (omgz secretly gh3y?)

What is the most you have dished out for a record?
