The album is ok but I thought it would be better. Glad I did not order the vinyl
-
Maybe I do need to check my store for some folks if it is.
If you see a copy mind picking up for cost + shipping.
-
Is this already sold out?
-
If someone can pick up fob and atl for me I will pay them. I don't wanna risk this selling out one day while I am working. PS me plz

Kickstarter copies should go out soon I hope

I wish I could of done Futures tickets but its during the middle of the week. At least I saw them on Invented and Damage tour. Such a great live band.

Most of the LPs I want I can find in some way but still not been able to track down a copy of Mayday Parade's self-title. Not the most impressive white whale but definitely something I am hunting. that and especially More Betterness by NUFAN.

To me there is a difference between whats the better JEW album and whats my favorite but there is not an album I don't like. I agree Clarity is their best if not up there but I find myself listening to Chase This Light, Futures, and Invented the most.

I don't understand the love for "Futures". I think that album is the beginning of the end of Jimmy Eat World.
They still sound great to me. Love Futures and Chase This Light is one of my favorite albums

Came today. Was cool to hear Opposite Sides

Sounds like a go radio song... Not sure why he went solo. Not a bad song and the last Go Radio album was his best release but gonna pass on the vinyl version of this. Will be a good iTunes album.

Right, stupid me for wanting to preserve things I spent a lot of money on and being extra careful and asking questions and trying to educate myself, lulz all around.
Honestly got be able to laugh at the jokes thrown your way. Especially since you got some legit advice. Enjoy your records and try not take the stuff you see here to personally.

I like all there albums and started with TTTYG from a friend in middle school and at the time FUTCT became my favorite. It just did not age well for me. I have memories with it but there last 3 albums and tttyg are the albums I listen to.

Surprised so much dislike for El Camino. It was a good road album. I will have to give this a few listens to see if it sinks in.

Long Line of Cars was great to hear on vinyl. Really hope everyone that wants this box gets one of the represses
-
Their best album for sure

Box came today. No Test Press but the fact I can say I own an LP copy of Prolong the Magic is enough to get me excited. Listened to that, ate chicken, and had a couple beers tonight. Life is good.

Picked up copy on RSD and listened to it with misses while making dinner.

im not comparing them to dinosaur jr obviously. I'm just saying that a band can have a sour album (maybe dino wasn't the best example) and then bounce back from it. everybody is totally overreacting and saying say anything is over, when it was only 1 album that wasn't well received!
I can agree here. Max is not the same guy that wrote his early work. For better or for worse he still loves music with a passion enough to make records. It may not get critical acclaim from his old school followers but it will get attention and as long as he enjoys making it than the album was put out and done the way it was for the right reason. You can tell his relationship with Sheri definitely impacted Anarchy its pretty obvious its gonna be even bigger of an influence here (especially since he is a dad now).

It's all speculative and i know i'm going to get shit, but i didn't really like Farm that much. Don't get me wrong though thats the ONLY album i didn't care for.
Fair. It's very different from their other work especially old stuff. Though would be lying if I said it wasn't my 2nd favorite.

So this just came out. Reminds me of This Desert Life. Honestly a return to form if you ask me. Earthquake Driver is actually one of the best songs this band has put out. That should of been the single.
