Save your money. IMO they arent worth the price, even if you can snag 10k days for $25. Quality sucks and its bootleg.

Id honestly hold out hope on an official release before wasting any money on boots.

I spotted 2 different Mellon Collie box sets while I was out this weekend. If I had the extra money I would have bought one, priced 89 and 99 respectively.

I read in the album thread if you order from amazon.it, they have the purple/lilac version.  I would say it's worth a shot, not too far off price-wise, and you can always return it if it does't work out.
