thanks for offering to assist, Travis. All is good. Talked to customer service at HT. They are sending me a replacement now. She said she would pass along a note to the warehouse to make sure they stick to the boxes when shipping vinyl.

yeah, no biggie. I'll give them a call later today. It's honestly the first time I've seen them do this. I usually receive over padded boxes from HT.
