agua
i definitely need to get rid of this crosley my folks bought me a few years back and at a resale shop yesterday I noticed two turntables: can anyone speak for the quality of the following "Sherwood Professional Series Turntable System PM 1270" and "gemini xl-400" I did some research and so far the sherwood seems to be the better option but i want first hand knowledge if possible
jase
Check out the local craigslist. Sherwood aren't good, better than a crosley for sure. But when you're upgrading you are better off going up, rather than sideways on a slight incline.

agua
Would an old Panasonic be worth it. Needs cleaned up and probably repaired
allenh
Depends which Panasonic as they made from absolute crap all the way up to pretty decent so a model number or picture would help, that said more crap than good as most Panasonic stuff that was any good was badged Technics
