Clean it up and use it but look for something better, it will do a job and if it was free then the price was right but it has a few downsides.

 

It takes a t4p mount type cartridge which are still available but the choice is limited, and what makes it even more limited is that you can't adjust anything on the arm so if you do replace the cart or needle then it needs to be for the original or one with exactly the same specs.
