I repeatedly called them since I could tell that part of my order was not going to be here when they said it would be. I spoke with the same woman in shipping each time. She thought it could have been just "left in the wall", hence why it hadn't gone out on time. It wasn't, and I simply said that wasn't good enough. I wanted next-day shipping, AND a credit for the album (Mirror) that was pushed back. My reason being was that a few of the local shops I follow had received theirs on time. I told customer service I would have gotten these from my local store if I would have known this was going to be the case. They obliged my request, and told me to keep the album I have yet to receive. My GF and I order a lot from Amazon, and never have any problems. Might have had something to do with it, idk
