I kept them in great condition (factory protective plastic still on the ear pieces, never used carrying bag, retail box with no damage) and I have all the parts (band, ear pieces, cord, etc). There were no issues with the sound quality. I used them for probably about 10 hours or less. I am asking $62 ppd.
