radioclash27
is $250 a reasonable price for middle class-out of vouge?
hickey
I have no idea what that record typically goes for, but in the grand scheme of things it's a pretty crappy song. What's the pressing info? There must be a repress or a boot around somewhere you can get much cheaper.
hickey
Looks from here that $250 is the higher end. http://www.popsike.com/php/quicksearch.php?searchtext=middle+class That link is fucked up. Just search popsike for middle class to get the range.
mxv
It was typically going for the low 100's for ages but i haven't been following ebay record prices that recently so who knows it may have gone up. In september Frontier Records is reissuing that 7" on colored vinyl.
justaminrthreat
Wow, someone familiar with this stuff. I picked up a bootleg 7" on L.A.P.D. Records with the Out of Vogue E.P. and their 2 tracks from the "Tooth and Nail" comp. I think I got it for like $9 ppd on eBay. I'd say if you're not a hardcore collector and just want the songs find that bootleg or wait for that re-press from Frontier he's talking about above...cuz you'll have to shell out a lot of cash for the original. That re-press sounds pretty awesome. I know I'll be getting it.
hickey
I might grab the repress just for nostalgia's sake, but can anyone honestly say that that's a good song? It's fun and everything, but it really isn't that great.
justaminrthreat
Eh, it's not the best one. I like Insurgency the best, I think.
mxv
I love that Middle Class record but I'm an old punk dude so it's from my era of when i first got into punk.
radioclash27
I really do like the song, but I didn't know they were reissuing it. Its just I've always wanted to own that record; for the songs and the fact of owning it. I search once in a while on ebay for it, and it's never on there, and I always see the same one in an ebay store for $250. It has to be at least six months that thing hasn't sold. So I assumed that was to pricey. Thanks guys
hickey
Make the guy on ebay a reasonable offer and use the popsike results as evidence.
xforlifex
250 is pretty fair actually. I've seen it for sale a couple of times recently and that is the going price. Both sold really fast.
