seb
I re-discovered Tim Burgess, lead singer from The Charlatans during the lockdowns, with his famous Twitter Listening Parties (invited guests such as Elton John, Paul MacCartney, NG from Oasis, Iron Maiden...). He's also a vinyl collector. Really like his solo Albums, including the last one, Typical Music. Any amateurs here? What abums do you own? aphasias
I was into the Charlatans for a while. My interest started to wane with Wonderland and by the time I saw them tour for Simpatico they had moved on from what I enjoyed about them and I lost interest. I've got recent reissues of Some Friendly, Between 10th & 11th, their self-titled, Tellin' Stories, Us & Us Only and Wonderland. I'd love it if they gave Up To Our Hips a wider released reissue. I've never listened extensively to Tim's solo music.
