Asian Man is on a bit of a hot streak lately signing and releasing smaller bands that are graduating to that next level. I think that the recent Asian Man tour highlighted some of those bands which included Bomb the Music Industry, Andrew Jackson Jihad, and the two bands who have new vinyl releases here, Lemuria and Kepi Ghoulie.

Lemuria have been putting out singles and split LPs for a while now, but it wasn't until Asian Man released "Get Better" that a worldwide adoption of the band's indie pop was recognized. I had a copy of their split with Kind of Like Spitting which was really really good, but "Get Better" finds the band at their best. This collection was originally released in Germany, but Asian Man put it out domestically and on vinyl. As with "Get Better", the most limited version of this is on black, make sure you act fast as we only got in 50.

Kepi Ghoulie and Friends should need no introduction as Kepi has been releasing music for over 10 years as part of the Groovie Ghoulies. Mike started communicating with Kepi and the Ghoulies after re-releasing Screeching Weasel and the Queers' back catalog. Kepi put together a band and released not 1, but 2 albums on Asian Man this year. Asian Man has packaged both records as a double LP with gatefold packaging and like the Lemuria, the black is the most limited at 200 copies.

Get these while you can, both should go quickly.

Anybody happen to know the pressing info for the Kepi Ghoulie And Friends "American Gothic"? I was wondering the numerical color breakdown for the black and purple/green.

I believe I read it was 200 black and 800 purple / green.
