Long time Vinyl Collective supporter Christopher Mason just recently started the label, Swagger City Records. Swagger City Record's first release comes as a Split 12" between Sacramento's Bastards of Young and East Bay's Wolves & Thieves.

The release will be available on Gold and Black colored vinyl limited to 200 and 300 copies respectively. The 12" also comes with a digital download.

Swagger City was kind enough to donate a test pressing for one lucky purchaser of the album. Good luck.

It is exciting to see all the new vinyl imprints that have popped up over the past year. I hope all of them great successes.

both of these bands deserve a LOT more attention. This split is fucking amazing... too bad i already ordered and received it from Swagger City... I'd love to have a chance at a test press!

September 27th, this coming Saturday, Wolves and Thieves will be opening for Tiger Army at the Phoenix in Petaluma. If you missed them at the Catalyst, now is the time to make amends. Jeremy proved no barrier can contain the fury of Wolves.

October 18th Wolves play Santa Cruz Fest at The 418 Project.

November 8th they play Sonoma at The Shop with SF's finest—Grace Alley, Among The Living and DCOI.

BASTARDS OF YOUNG

September 27th, this coming Saturday, Bastards of Young will be opening for the legendary Adolescents at The Distillery in Sacramento. Everyone knows the Adolescents self-titled slays from start to finish—lose your vocal cords singing along, but make sure you get there in time to watch Bastards of Young tear it up.

October 3rd Bastards of Young play the Javalounge in Sacramento with Drastic Action.
