They were weren't punk/hc/indie type cds anyway. Here is the feedback he left : Negative feedback rating eBay BEWARE!!!! shady seller ALERT #### Negative feedback rating sold me DAMAGED goods and REFUSED even a PARTIAL REFUND!!!! Both of which are clearly lies. I did nothing shady, they weren't damaged when I shipped them, and I offered a partial refund. God I want to punch this guy. Sucks but I wouldn't sweat it too much. Most buyers are pretty reasonable and this guy comes off as a angry dude who probably is more mad then right. My first impression was that no one bothered to even read your complaint, and then mattisr said that exact thing happened to him. It sucks that the dude's a jerk, unfortunately he probably handles his whole life that way. I kind of feel sorry for him, getting all worked up over jewel cases. brokebackbrad Posted January 18, 2009 Share Posted January 18, 2009 i've been lucky so far. i dont sell much though, just a few things every 6 months or so. i hate hearing stories like this, i just dont see how people can be like this. did you check his other feedback and see if he's left a ton of other people negative feedback? i think you should atleast post his username that way none of us have to deal with him..
