ebbandflow
So I just got this turntable from my grandfather cause my last one broke and this one has never been used. Whenever I play 45s, the speed is a tad too fast. Is there anyway I can adjust the speed manually? If it helps, its a Panasonic Auto Turntable SL-HM42. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks! whenicomearound
Do LPs play at the correct speed (33.5 rpm)?
xjustinxschwierx
is there a pitch control? sometimes the Tone and Pitch controls will slightly speed up the record.
Guest afsdan
pitch knob dude! the turntable may have a light in the front, near the platter. when it's on, the side of the turntable will appear to be still when you're at the right pitch. otherwise, it blurs on by. a little tough to describe over the computer.
