Guest kingbuzzo Posted June 3, 2009 Share Posted June 3, 2009 I really didn't get into Altar except for the bonus disc. The album felt really tame and dialed down from what it could have been. Monoliths and Dimensions on the other hand feels like a big step forward for Sunn 0))). On my full stereo it really destroyed my expectations, which were already kind of high. My only real complaint with the album is that I think Attila's vocals are becoming pretty predictable. I like them but they sound the same every time.
