Guest Admin
THE PARLOR MOB "And You Were A Crow" dbl LP http://stores.channeladvisor.com/vinylhome/Items/016861796914 While I was out at Narm this past week, I met Austin from Roadrunner. Austin has been a long time supporter of Suburban Home (he even booked a Fairlanes show in his garage in Atlanta in like 1996/97). We hung out and bullshitted about Roadrunner, Suburban Home, and Vinyl Collective. While talking, he was telling me about a young band that Roadrunner had released and thought that the supporters of Vinyl Collective might find this album interesting. I suggested we do a full album stream which I will soon be posting and right when he got back from Narm, he sent me over the mp3s. I am posting this hoping that everyone lends the streaming player an ear. The full album stream will go up this afternoon.

dreamover
this is a great record. and an even better live band. saw this band twice at music festival last summer and they were incredible. i was pumped when i found out this was getting pressed, i got it about a month ago from amazon. band sounds like led zepplin of the 21st century. (except, i don't care a whole lot for led zepplin and i really dig these guys). super tight.

I was gonna compare them to led zepp or mars volta, but those are big shoes to fill so I did not want people getting the wrong idea. Great rock record
garpo3000
LOVE Parlor Mob. Glad to see they are getting soem attention here. Saw them at Lollapalooza and a few others times and they are great. Also super nice guys who are really into their fans too. The album is one of my favorites of '08 for sure. Once I have some cash maybe I'll order in on wax.
