electricsnow
My guitar broke for Beatles rock band that i just purchased last week. Instead of going through EA i would rather just exchange it at the Wal-mart where i bought it. Has anyone else done this without problem? Any help is appreciated. Is it like broken in half or does it just not work? The customer service people aren't too bright, so I think you can get out clean.
electricsnow
None of the buttons register with the wii now. The guitar looks brand new. The only way to know it doesn't work is if you actually try and play it. My plan is to say its been broken.
deafmx
just take it back and HOPE they have a set to replace it. might want to call ahead. my GHWT guitar was broke out of box day one and i waited a week, then just returned it because they didn't have any sets come in to replace it with. waited for the price drop to pick it up again. bummer though, especially considering the price of the instruments! i'm sure the demand to pick those up is lower than GHWT was though. You just say your niece or friend didn't want it, and then get your money back and buy another one.

sonix
how did you pay? If it was anything but cash, they can do a receipt look up using the card or another check.
jcamps
i stole world of warcraft from the thrift store i used to work at in high school and returned it to a walmart for like $20. no receipt, the box was open but everything was there. i doubt they will give you a hard time.
