matt
Going to check this out tonight. Stoked as always to see Walter and Jonah. HR should be weird. Really hoping for a motorcycle helmet and I Love I Jah acoustic.

matt
for the most part this was a pretty "awkward" show. I caught the last parts of Jeff Pezzati and it consisted of him looking down at notebook paper to remember lyrics. Jonah was by far the most solid set of the night - did a Jawbox cover of Savory and Sade's "No Ordinary Love" Walter was really out of character or something. There were drunk girls yelling at him throughout the set that didn't help the vibe. He did High Hopes, Sitting Around at Home, and Travel by Telephone. HR - knew he was going to be wacky. Couldn't be in there for more than a couple songs.

This show was awkward to say the least, I thought Jonah killed as per usual and after Walter's set I split, but the weirdest part was Pezzati reading lyrics of a piece of paper, he looked bored and irritated to be there. The whole thing was weird as heel, also, Jonah didn't have any art, at least not that I saw. Best part was Jonah playing in the parking lot before Walter's set.
