Not only did the dude take the parking spot, he stole the chair, and had it in his trunk. Was pretty amusing. City of brotherly love.. I'm worried about all the snow that is piled up on our roof and is slowly melting, because after the first snow storm we had a few months ago our gutters collapsed under the weight of the ice and there were pieces that could easily kill anyone walking under them.
