ronniethebear
Are they the label that put out their other vinyl? I just recently got into them, so I'm not too informed.
xfedaykinx
yeah, this is an old update [june] on their site http://www.hyperrealist.com/: I'm sure everyone has heard the news by now that BARONESS has signed to Relapse, who will be releasing their debut full length. Hyperrealist will be releasing a very limited vinyl version of this record about the same time the CD from Relapse drops in early September. These will be available mostly through the website and preorders, but the band will have some on the road with them as well. After these have sold, Relapse will take over vinyl pressing of the LP, but the packaging will be different so as not to confuse anyone. ronniethebear
Yeah, I have a feeling that the packaging for the Hyperrealist pressing is going to be badass.
robotnerd
this record should be pressed on blue... or perhaps green.
ronniethebear
Or maybe an every-color-but-red rainbow splatter. With sparkles.

ronniethebear
I've been trying to hold off listening to records before they're released, because I forgot how awesome it is to open up something new and put it on while you're looking at the artwork/liner notes. It's like a total experience, and that's one of many reasons why I buy vinyl.
