The same guy who bids on things on ebay and limited pressing and never pays, and made multiple accounts on those sites and obviosly here too to screw with people. And even if you did three days ago would be less than 24 hours after you made an offer I accepted, so why even make an offer if you decide you don't want something less than a day later.
