I agree with chronologically, with the exception of Finding The Rhythms. Listen to it last and view it as demos because that's what it is.

And the Leatherface split is criminally underrated!! Amazing shit on that record.

Picked up fuel fr the hate game when I was 14 having never heard anything of theirs. Just took a random shot at a band with an awesome name and a great album cover. 13 Years later and they're still one of my fav bands. Cant go wrong any way you cut it. Just dive in balls deep. You won't regret it.

Finding the Rhythms is not demos! It's a great album in it's own right, too often overlooked.

EDIT: The Leatherface split is awesome, but Leatherface totally wins on that one.

I agree, you may even want to divide them up by pre and post their 'breakup' in 99(?).

Technically, it is a pairing of two recording sessions, recorded a few months apart and in different studios with different engineers. Several of the songs appeared elsewhere, either before or after the CD version came out. It was later pressed as an LP and later again as an LP+7". There are some great riffs on there.

I can see why people would start with "Fuel..." in that it is a true "album" in all ways and shows a further development and focus to their approach. I consider it a defining moment. That said, "Liquid America" and many of the FTR songs have a life all their own as well.
