I'd like to keep the rent under $700 (which I know isn't gonna happen in A2 proper)...I'd rather not rent from McKinley, which is also going to be kind of tough considering they own half the damn town and surrounding areas. I'm just not all that familiar with the all the smaller towns around there, besides Ypsi, Saline, and Clinton. I DO know Chelsea has an A&W. and a Big Boy, I think.
