Saintseneca is a Columbus, Ohio based Americana Folk band twanging in the vain of AA Bondy, Avett Brothers, and Felice Brothers, with hauntingly familiar vocals that delicately reach the heart in a place that songs by singer/songwriters like Bob Dylan, Colin Meloy, and Jeff Magnum reside. LAST marks Saintseneca's full length debut, after selling out one 7" (/300) and two casette EP pressings on Paper Brigade (The Anniversary). LAST is comprised of 12 delicately written and recorded songs of stripped down, fingerpicked acoustic guitars, twangy banjos, cold vocals, clapping, and haunting fiddles. LAST will be released on MAMA BIRD RECORDING CO. on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 digitally and on black 140g vinyl. Records will ship the week on August 21.
