Eye records about a month ago but have heard nothing back from them and they're not responding to my emails. From the PayPal invoice it seems that their store is run via CCNow. I've tried them too but got nothing. Really not a fan of PayPal claims but it looks like it's my only option. Edit: I've just found their Facebook so have left a comment on there too. James Bertram(lync, red stars theory) started this after he left sub pop mailorder and is a super nice guy. Suprised you are having problems. Hope they are okay.
