Guest genericinsight Posted February 19, 2008 Share Posted February 19, 2008 Yeah, you're better off going through ticketweb. They usually sort stuff like this out quickly. My friend never got her physical tickets in the mail when we went to the Paint It Black record release in Philly last month. She emailed ticketweb and they put her on will call literally within 10 mins. Ticketmaster does this too if you contact them.
