I currently live in an apartment, so I'm debating as to whether or not I should invest in a soundbar/subwoofer combination or just break down and invest in 5.1 surround. I'm currently using a 42" Samsung television and purchased a small soundbar with a passive subwoofer last night and I already hate it, so I will definitely be returning it in the near future.
