imaxcowboyx Posted April 4, 2013 Share Posted April 4, 2013 It's got a 100 on beer advocate with plenty of reviews so I believe it. I've had too many good stouts to ever pick a favorite. Honestly, it's a solid 90, with a strong 10 hype-points tacked on haha. Not to say it's not killer, but NO beer is worth that much, and trust me, i've got a shitload of old and rare beer haha. There are so many other Imp. Stouts that are readily available that are stellar, I've never understood why people pay $50+ for ANY bottle. I just bought a case of Founders KBS this week or $130, which I'd much rather do than drop $100 on a single bottle. That being said, there was ONE beer that lived up to it's insane hype, and that was Founders CBS. good lawd that's a good beer.
