robobob
This was probably my favorite album of 2012, and I still listen to it all the time. If you haven't checked it out by now, do yourself a favor and pick this up (if cassettes are your thing). Shout Out Loud Prints based out of Columbus Ohio handled this tape release. Just saw these went up last week. The distro also has vinyl copies of "Weight of Air" in stock, and I know a lot of people (like me) have been looking for that for a while. At least I've been under the impression that it was oop or hard to find. Anyway here's the link and info: The Sidekicks - Awkward Breeds Cassette A Side: DMT Grace Peacock Incandescent Days 1940's Fighter Jet Diamond Eyes B Side: The Whale and Jonah The 9th Piece Looker Baby, Baby Daisy Pressing: 100 on grey tapes, 100 on red tapes Released: April 2013
gutzonborglum
I saw this last week, but I've had such a sketchy time with Shout Out Loud that I think I'm going to hold off on this.
serum7
Shout out loud is where I bought Weight of Air quite awhile ago, I think they put it out but I could be wrong.
Kaneelkip
Bought this at their show a couple of days ago, sounds great!

robobob
I ended up with the grey tape; I didn't specify in the order comments. Ordered on wednesday and it showed up Saturday along with the Weight of Air vinyl. Im pretty satisfied and only 3 bucks for shipping. gutzonborglum
what color was 'Weight of Air'? Also, that's pretty amazing you got it so quickly. My qualms with them have always been the turn around/constant emails with no response.
robobob
My weight of Air was on standard black. I guess it helps that I live in ohio and the labels in columbus. Sucks to hear you've had problems.
gutzonborglum
Yeah, I've always got everything I've ordered from 'em, and it always shows up fine. I've heard a lot of people say they've gotten 7" records in a yellow mailer with no cardboard, etc. I'm going to place an order for Weight of Air, though. I've got it on white, and need the black. I'm inevitably going to get the cassettes, so may as well do it now with the news that hopefully they're shipping out quickly.
