Tom Delonge's UFO
I'm kind of a noob so bare with me. I'm getting a high pitched noise that is being generated from the receiver to the speakers. It's a Sansui Solid-State Model 2000. The noise is constant and comes through no matter what input is selected. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this? Thanks MatthewTerbeek

Tom Delonge's UFO
It comes through with the table turned off and all other inputs.
slinch
Is it still there if there is absolutely nothing connected to the receiver inputs? A long shot, but try turning off every other electronic device in the room. If the noise decreases/is gone, then it's just interference and you can do little to prevent it. Higher quality speaker cables and mains cable can help, but most likely not cure the problem.
