codysetzer
So the other day I was offered this brand new in box Sony ps-lx300usb. The retail on the turntable is right around $130 us. He offered it to me for $20 us. I purchased it should i keep it or unload it and buy something else? Also I have read the reviews on the machine and some people love it and others call it a piece of crap. I wanted to get info from some of you wonderful people with extensive experience in turntables and vast Vinyl collections! Thank You to all that respond and for your time. mcguirk
It's a cheap plastic turntable with no cartridge replacement or tonearm adjustability options. No better than a Crosley. Probably fine if you want to transfer a few old, rare records to digital but otherwise not suitable for a mid-fi enthusiast rig. Sell it on eBay and save for a basic, full-feature TT.
