Hey all, Prior to the pandemic, we signed the San Francisco’s three-piece Rip Room. Now, over two years later, we've just announced the band's debut album Alight and Resound. Now for the important question: who the fuck is this band and why should you care? After successfully self-releasing and touring on two EPs, the three piece returned to Louder Studios in Grass Valley, CA to reunite with storied engineer Tim Green (Nation of Ulysses, Melvins, Bikini Kill, Sebadoh). I am a carrier of the gene, but lucikly, I do not have the disease. My parents are both carriers and when that is the case, there is a 25% chance that their offspring would have the disease. I fell into the other 75%. Unfortunately, my brother and sister both had it. Even before my wife and I were married, we were tested to see what our situation would look like. Fortunately, my wife is not a carrier which means that our kids will not have Cystic Fibrosis.

Glad everyone seems to be digging on these. We had originally thought that there would be more glitter and that it would be pushed all the way to the edge, but in the end, it turned out more like a glitter splatter. We're really pleased with them. The upside is that the glitter variant definitely sounds a lot better than it could have if there was a lot more glitter.
