final balance was paid on these this afternoon by Grant, which means they are shipping out either today or tomorrow to us! pre-orders shipping soon - still got a couple of these #/50 covers on clear vinyl!

we have a split 7" that begins shipping this weekend, between two raging metallic hardcore bands hailing from the NW part of the states.

Parasitic Skies was a vegan straight-edge band from the Seattle area and play a fast, heavy crust ladden blend of hardcore -its dark gritty and fast with a good bit of crunch. this is their final release as a band and is a nice step up from their past full length. shame these guys are done for now having recently called it quits - I think this serves as a great final marker for their sound and showcases them at the peak of their intensity. glad to have finally got to work with them after all this time. two great tracks.

Losing Skin - are from the Spokane area, and I really didn't know a lot about them prior to starting to put this together with Parasitic Skies - I knew they were heavy as fuck and their singer Alex had previously been in the band Behold - from the same area. these guys stick more to the heavier side of things and focus more on the faster aggressive metal - FFO: integrity, slayer, black breath, rot in hell, etc etc

as this fine gentlemen pointed out in another thread -- for anyone that is interested we imported in 50 copies of the Just Die! - since the day your were born 7" on red vinyl from Goodwill Records recently

- it was a bit pricey shipping that many over from Belgium - so had to stick a $6 price tag on them, all in all if we manage to get rid of all 50 we will have made a whopping $45 or so on them. too good of a band/record not to at least try to get it in some more peoples hands though! also if you are ordering the old flings record from grant and would like to pick one of these up just drop him a line, I'll gladly toss him some more copies of it over to him if needed/wanted!

Hey man, I just picked up a Just Die! 7" from you. You should let the folks in the Old Flings thread know you have that. I bet there would be some interest.

sent you a PM Jason, but would like to toss Markley over at econopress into the covers section. great DIY printer who does excellent work, has really fast turnaround times and prices are amazing.

have done our last three 7" covers through him and for any offset printed stuff we need smaller than 11"x17" we will never go through anyone else again but him.

hes been doing all the printing for tankcrime, prank since the early 2000's I know halo of flies has done a number of things through him, anyway we use to use imprint or a local printer here for our offset print needs, in comparison his turnaround time was less than a week before we had records in hand shipped from CA to NC and at literally half the price it cost through imprint. needless to say he will be our go to guy from here on out
