Just got a shipping confirmation for my gold.  I am very excite.

The newest single is probably my favorite song off the new album so far.  I've been holding out on pre-ordering to hear the rest of it since there isn't a limited variant or anything, but I'd probably jump on a BN or Newbury exclusive.

Snagged a copy from their Benchmark store for $32.65 shipped, but it looks like MerchNow is $30.62 shipped.  I'm not gonna bother chancelling and reordering elsewhere over $2, but just a heads up for those who haven't ordered yet.

Ahh I'm seeing QOTSA with Royal Blood in September.  Debating pre-ordering this now or grabbing a copy of the show.  When they toured LC, they were selling standard and deluxe vinyl.

I'm digging the new single.

Bummed I just got an email from SRC saying the release date has been delayed until July 14.  I actually forgot I ordered this but still.

Just got a shipping confirmation from Amoeba for this today.  I'm pumped to actually hear the whole album finally.

This is something I can get pumped about.

I'm going to assume it's the record mentioned in this Instagram post made by Matt from the band given that they both use the term "unpeeled".

"21 of our songs from the past 4 albums, live, stripped down, with strings, and choir."

Thoughts?  I dig this band but I don't know if I wanna hear their songs in this style.

I was going to wait/hope for one more single before I pulled the trigger and pre-ordered since I'm in the middle of a vinyl splurge and I'm trying to cut back... but that's a solid price.  Thanks for the heads up!

Got my The Districts RSD 7" yesterday from Bull Moose and it looks like USPS damaged it a bit.  The small package came with what looks like someone took a pen and stabbed a hole in it.  It went through the cardboard mailer and punctured the back cover of the 7".  The vinyl itself looks fine, but I was kind of bummed by the hole in the cover.  It's not the biggest deal since I only spent like $11 shipped, but still.

Awesome!  I just ordered Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix from Amazon Prime and it should arrive tomorrow too = good timing to get back into them.
