That's great thanks my local record store should get it then! What? Blasphemy! That record is definitely in my personal top 5 of stuff we've released. We're currently sold out, but we placed an order for the 3rd pressing about a month ago.
The 1st pressing came with that little booklet that the band assembled themselves. The 2nd and 3rd pressings will come with a more standard insert with all the lyrics.
No Idea handles our worldwide distribution, so there should be copies of Mediumship available in lots of distros and stores across Europe.

Oh sorry. My mistake. Thought so..guess I will order it regularly then! There has never been a european variant for any Tiny Engines release so I don't know how you are coming up with that.
Also, Dog Knights and Tiny Engines have nothing to do with each other and there is no band that is on both labels.
-
Will there be a European variant ? I love how Dogknights handles all the cool releases for Europe ! Maybe there is something planned?

Cities would help ! I live in Hannover, Germany! Best record store around here is Monster Records! I also can recommend Burnout Records in Hamburg! If you spent Münster a visit you should totally check out Green Hell and in Freiburg you shouldn't miss Flight13!
If you want any other recommendations beside record stores you need to tell me where you're located

They made a Have Merchy pun the other day, I'm done.

Well sometimes bands decide to jump onto bigger labels because they hope to reach a bigger audience and with all the cool bands out there it sometimes seems hard to be recognized. Although I don't think this way I can imagine that this is a reason. I feel the same way like you but I hope the best.

I don't think so..seems to be more of a niche thing nowadays !Anyone still listen to kraut rock and synth pop and dark wave and stuff?
Oh yeah..those metal shirts...
-
Oh, one of those people...
In Sweden we have "gymnasium" which I think is pretty much like high school (gymnasium is 15/16 to 18/19). People in my gymnasium mostly listens to boring indie pop and pretentious jazz. The punk/emo scene is reaaally small here and in my school perhaps 5 people listens to such music, and I have yet to meet anyone who listens to any experimental music like dark ambient.
similar in Germany..I graduated in 2011 and most of the people did just listen to the shit that gets blasted in all the generic clubs aka chart music. We have a stronger "dark scene" here in Germany, so you will always find at least a handful of people who listen to Gothic and Metal but in fact most of these just look like they listen to it but are actually blasting Slipknot or similar stuff..
I am now at University and of course most of the generic club people stayed the same but there are a lot more "alternative" people who actually listen to stuff that I listen to as well.

They usually do, yes !i know this has been talked about multiple times in various threads, but does greenhell even notify you when they ship out your order?
-
Bump! Please sell me some of those! For some of those I will definitely pay top notch!
-
I picked the turquoise one up from my local record store who managed to order one for me! Glad I got one!
I read on facebook today that End Hits is pressing another batch of 500 on clear vinyl and it should be out due end of June!

Got the uk exclusive!

Like this thread! I was too young when Emo was at its peak but I'm glad that it is coming back like it does. When genres make a comeback they often change a lot. Just think about anything that was labeled Emo between 2000-2006... The "new" Emo bands are really keeping it traditional at least partially and I think that's a good thing.
Sad thing is that this genre now attracts hipsters and other fashion centered groups that will annoy the fuck out of most of the "real" fans

I'm also afraid that this wasn't a move for their best..I liked the split and yes, I like Daisyhead very much but I'd also like that they keep the sound and feeling of their first full length. Plus: the preorder will run through Merchnow and I hate this..higher shipping prices for international buyers + I already received two scratched records from them.

Want that evergreen terrace 7" but can't justify 16$ shipping for a 4$ 7"

Would love this but too broke right now :/ hope it lasts a bit

I can't wait for this record. I already had some decent records this year and some were much anticipated but this one blows them all. There is still a lot to come but I'm pretty sure this will be in my Top 5 of 2014!
Testpressing auctions are always cool. I will bid but I guess there will be a point where I have to quit bidding as those always climb high numbers..
-
So glad everyone appreciates this band so much now! When they released the double EP not many people minded

Need Clarity and Futures ! The article sucks though

Can't wait
