Hey how does that Frances version sound? I've been wondering about it since Isaw it pop up but haven't seen one irl. I assumed it was like the euro "boot" of Deloused that came out before the euro represses. As good as the original? Good interior art work?

Besides already have an excellent sounding copy of Scabdates so I'm not too worried about that

It appears to be a whole new pressing, the gatefold is not the original heavy wax like the first pressing. It is still very nice stoughton, but not the really waxy cover.  One white, one grey.

Do u have another EU version you are comparing the weight and feel of the cover to? Cause ya, the US version is beautiful and heavy with great matte inners and just the right amount of gloss!

I did feel like Charlie! Opening the corner just a little bit to see and not expecting to see anything but then being happily surprised! So mine is disk 1, urs is disc 2 right? So still one of a kind so far. It's released on konkurrent and I thought calibration was too but just saw that'd from n2o iinstead. Still very similar colors tho!

If ur just looking for any copy of octa I have 2 us copies with the plastic sleeves and this EU is coming. If it's white for both lps I'll gladly sell it to u. If it's amazing and grey I will sell a US version...

I bought one from the seller before he ran out. It shipped today. I'll let ya know if all his copies were like that when it gets here! Fyi the coma members have opened EU copies and they are all white. It's possible there was a later 2nd pressing that didn't last long or maybe the one posted here is just an amazing mispress! Either way I'm gonna find out!

Edit: hi Oliver, did u happen to get the other one? Cause I don't think there are any more from this seller. Not sure if all the EU pressings are like that tho. I have 2 of the US pressings with the jacket but never thought the EUwwould be crazy different.

Luckily I am a very patient guy.  I don't think I'll ever find it in my local record shop as they have a very small hip hop section filled with new pressings.    I'm betting it will come up on this board before a decently priced copy hits discogs or ebay.  But, who knows!

Thanks for the luck! I mean, there's one on Discogs (apparently 2 as of right now) but $120 is a bit ridiculous. Like, a lot ridiculous. One came up for $85 total a couple of months ago listed as vg and I made the dumb choice to msg the seller about condition. It was gone before he got back to me and said it was closer to vg+ - nm. :-(
