Could use the band of horses 7" I you don't mind

Just noticed the D side of my mispress lp was scratched to hell too

Just got an email from Vintage Vinyl saying that Jack Johnson Live at Third Man will ship but Band of Horses 7" will not. I guess they didn't have enough... Anybody know anyone else that has it up online?

Thanks, I finally got a response from Michiel after I flipped shit on him: Hopefully they can actually do something about it.... If I don't here back soon I will contact this Mark guy too though.

Yeah they just seem to be no help at all. I even told them the C/D replacement didn't even have to be in red and that I just wanted something so I could listen to the album all the way through. I feel like I'm being super understanding about the whole thing seeing as this should have been caught by them or the pressing plant before it ever shipped to anyone. Luckily the guy who sold it to me has been talking to his distributor and it seems like they may be able to do something for me, but honestly it's not their fault and they shouldn't have to.

So MOV is saying I need to go to the retailer to replace my offset side C label (Obviously retailer doesn't have any more reds) and it looks like they may be ignoring me now, Does anyone have an email for MOV besides this Michiel guy? I'm trying to talk to somebody that will actually do something for me. I don't think I'm being unreasonable at all asking for a new C/D LP. Especially for how much everybody has been paying for these.

I was just about to say the same thing. The whole thing is ridiculous. Just make a quality product and this isn't an issue.

Yeah they said something similar to me I emailed back and kind of freaked out because this is obviously a quality control issue.

I remember there being someone farther back in the thread that emailed MOV and god a replacement for C/D side because there was a skip or something. Did you ever receive it? Or has anyone else done that and received it?

Finally got my red in #94 and side C was mispressed. Hopefully MOV will send a new one. I just emailed them.

Same thing happened to me but there was a message with the charge saying that it still wasn't guaranteed. I emailed as well. They don't get anything until the day of or day before.

If someone on here ends up with #666 I'll be super surprised. I bet someone with MOV has it.

After getting the email for the amazon.de delay I just cancelled my order. I was just going to order from SRC but I figured I'd see how much the copies were going for on eBay so I went and looked and a guy was selling a Red copy from Germany had the gold foil sticker and everything for $50 + shipping. I jumped on it.

I agree and that's why I contacted them to begin with, but the fact that they came back and said that it's confirmed to be the red variant gives me at least a little more confidence. In the end it doesn't matter either way they may just get a whole bunch of returns, but nobody is going to lose any money. Edit: I had also said in my email to them I don't care what the descriptions says and explained that there were only 666 read ones pressed

So I emailed Music On Vinyl to see if they had a confirmed list of sellers that are getting Red ones. They said they wouldn't know and that their distributor handles that, but the sellers themselves would know. So just out of curiosity I emailed Amazon about the product posting on the US site that's $50 because it mentions the Red variant in the description. They came back and said they contacted there catalog team and it seems they are planning on getting the Red variant. I don't know how legit that is though. Worst case if you ordered it you could send it back for not matching the product description if it wasn't the Red one.

I thought of that too. That would be a cruel joke
