Yeah, I mean I dont want to sound dramatic but I was really looking forward to this for almost an entire year and Christmas wont be that great this year because of this.

Oh I know that, it's not the whole 'Woe is me' bullshit. Its just like, hey dear dine alone records maybe next time test your website a few times and maybe let people hold it in their cart for oh maybe 30 seconds before it just vanishes. I can accept missing out on something thats popular, but this, this was mostly on them.

I had it in my cart 12 times only to fail. My error was letting my first one go for 40 mins before it failed; Had I just cancelled in 5 mins at 1205 I would have got it. Im debating writing a pretty strong email right now.
