Is there a way to have just packages held at a post office? I moved into a house that is off a heavy trafficked sidewalk and am concerned about my deliveries being stolen.

I recommend getting to the store ASAP after it is delivered. The last time I did a site to store the record jacket was all mangled in transit from poor packaging.

I don't think there are any exclusions to the 15% reward you earn from the HT+1 account. I went into a HT store to make a purchase and the discount automatically showed on the cashiers screen after they looked up my HT+1 account. I asked If I could wait to use the discount because I knew I was making a larger purchase. When I went to my account on the HT website I couldn't find the discount. I think HT auto generates an email when you earn the 15% reward but I did not receive the email either.

I had a similar issue with my 15% discount, but all is fixed now. I made sure to call early before the phone lines got flooded

Stinks, I must have just missed it. I had the page up at 10:59 and constantly refreshed but once I tried to add to cart I got the message that none were left
