  1. hey guys. i'm sorry if some of you missed out today. give us a few weeks, and send me an e-mail and if we have any left overs / cancellations i'll gladly help you out. especially if you got one last night and couldn't get one today. As for someone selling 10 already on eBay, I can tell you that no one bought 10 copies at once. You can only check out with 2 at a time, which is a holdover from our previous site. But if someone went in and bought 5 orders of 2... that's a different story. And one that we don't see right now in our order history, but something we obviously need to be more mindful of in the future especially with smaller run items like this.
  2. It won't be a pull down. Similar to how the Omen went down last week... we only have one version, so you can just add to cart right from the home page tomorrow morning and check out. Should be easy!
  3. Hey guys. Obviously Gravity wasn't supposed to go up yet. Really sorry to have to cancel these. To be honest if everyone had been charged shipping properly we probably would've honored it, but too many orders came in and we can't go chasing after shipping costs for all of them. I'm sorry!
  4. They are going to be $15 + tax. I'm glad you guys are into these. They came out so nice.
  5. this feedback is very helpful actually. i made a last minute decision to put the JPG versions of the art over the actual vinyl because I wasn't sure if it looked okay or not. They look amazing in person. That man bat one isn't a JPG, it's a photo.
  6. For those who are remembering the score as lackluster I highly encourage watching this video (and all of Nathan's videos on his process - they are quite excellent)
  7. that info is coming as well. we always hoped we would have physical copies in hand before we had that info (if only to generate excitement... describing a record is never as cool as showing it)
  8. GRAVITY is still in production and its looking like its going to begin shipping in the first week of June now unfortunately. I thought we gave ourselves a big enough grace period by saying "Mid-May", but sadly getting vinyl pressed these days just takes longer and longer. I am going to post about it officially as soon as I have a hard date, but I just wanted to fill you guys in.
  9. That is a mistake. It shouldn't be that high. I'm sorry about that. Please check back and let me know if it is correct now.
  10. Oh, and if you ever need a fact check, please don't hesitate to e-mail me ([email protected]) We try to answer as many questions as we can on our blog, but sometimes we miss things and its helpful to hear what info you think should be included. I try to get on here often, but if you ever need a quick clarification, please reach out. I can't promise I can answer EVERYTHING, but I will do my best.
  11. Hey all, sorry for any confusion this may cause based on the revised Thread name but there will actually be one more new release before Jurassic Park. We teased it a few days ago on our friend's radio show. We were going to try to give it some proper due respect before being over shadowed by JP, unfortunately we had to go wide with the JP announce sooner after our friend Phil Tippet beat us to the punch with that amazing photo. The only reason I'm mentioning this is because it's such a good soundtrack that I want you guys to check it out, or research it. It's for a film called The Visitor. I think we are going to proper announce it today or tomorrow, but I wanted to give you guys a heads up. Any of you in Dallas can grab a copy at Texas Frightmare Weekend, we're bringing some there along with some other goodies.
  12. this is the best thing anyone has said about us on a message board, ever.
  13. Hey man, sorry if it wasn't clear. These are going to go online. We will be having a "listening party" at our Gallery a few days before the online release date, but it won't be like Halloween where the edition is halved or anything before it makes it online.
  14. I thought I was the only one who wanted SHTS on vinyl. I'm just happy to be a part of this community.
  15. Its tough because while I agree that price point sounds outrageous when you know what actual production costs are, we have no idea what they are paying for licensing fees and royalties. There are a lot more variables that go into sub-licensing for reissue than most people care to think about.
  16. I imagine we are still at least a year away from anything recorded. Does Bleachers have a release date?
  17. A non-instagram confirmation of the aforementioned speculated title is coming soon. Hopefully sometime next week.
  18. Unfortunately we weren't able to sell these outside of the US & Canada so there aren't a lot over there I'd imagine. Shoot me an e-mail at [email protected] and i'll see if I can help you out.
  19. This is a bigger picture conversation, but Mondo gets a lot of complaints for being too limited on things, but we also get strangely equal amounts of grief when we make editions too large (this is with posters, not so much with Records, although we did get a really nasty e-mail form someone who was mad when our Halloween record didn't sell out in an hour asking for a refund). With the soundtracks we've had a chance to experiment in a way we haven't been able to with our posters for quite some time. Just know we aren't being withholding to punish our fans. A lot of it is trying to find the right balance between being collectable, having enough copies to distribute (so we can be in stores and be exposed to people who would otherwise not ever hear of us) and also catering to those who want the most limited version of something.
  20. "normal" is hard to pin down with us. I can see how that can be a bit aggravating. I hope you all understand, that isn't our intention. Most times we do a full edition with a randomly inserted chase (official: it is usually 1/3 of the edition, regardless of size) Whenever we have broken away from our normal model (Oblivion, or Ghibli for example) it has been because of a mutual compromise that we felt benefited all parties involved. Sorry I can't be more detailed than that on a public forum, but its all positive. It just seems weird in comparison to our normal release model. With big titles like Drive & Halloween (and a future title we may have just announced) we try to do our normal thing with a Version A (black and a chase) and a Version B which is all one specialty color with alternate artwork, with the edition size advertised.
  21. Yeah, totally! We have stock fully in hand. Sometimes, depending on where in the states, it can take longer than a week to arrive. But when you place an order send an e-mail to [email protected] and let us know the situation, and we'll get it to the front of the queue to be sure!
