There is a "how we pack your records" movie coming soon. But this is how we do it:
 
We remove the record for its cover. We do this because a record can move around inside the cover wen in transfer, this can lead to damage to the cover and record. We put the record in front of the cover in the same plastic cover as the album is. Then we wrap the album with 3 special layers of foam.  Finally we put the album in "Made for vinyl shipping" box.
