I got off the phone with customer service about some bullshit they were pulling where they charged my card and said it declined, then didn'g give me the item (All Time Low) that I ordered during the period when everyone else's was confirmed. The superior was supposed to call me back too, but it's been around 24 hours since then, so I doubt that'll happen.

Great to know! I will be super vigilant. Just like DRD941, I don't blame you for anything that customer service does, as it would be unreasonable to do so.

Pretty much the same thing. The customer service either doesn't know anything, or they don't want to tell us anything. It's especially aggravating because the credit card was charged, according to the Discover Card company, and HT keeps saying it was declined, with no mention of refunds. Side note, did Travis come on and say that there will be more past this? I may have missed it, since you mentioned it. If not, I will buy an extra copy from someone.

I'm just curious as to what happened. The card was not declined, and they won't tell me why it said that it was. The people on the customer service seemed suspicious, like they were hiding something.
