the red and black knob on the back of your speaker should twist out if you twist them counter clockwise. If they do, wrap speaker wire around the post and twist the knob back down. If they do not twist out, you will need some banana plugs as Tardcore has mentioned.

Any speaker cable will do the job. It looks like your speakers are able to accept a banana plug but your receiver will only take bare wire or a pin connector. You'll probably have to go custom for that configuration.

$15-$20 might get you 7"s from her, but full lengths will be in the $50+ range for some of her releases... likely more. there are some crap sound quality counterfeits out there, but they will still run close to $30. avoid those at all cost.
