Shame on them for making a description mistake on one of the 200 million products they sell.
The problem was that they now reshrink wrap records without saying so. Also I got 4 other records from them today which were all the wrong records, they make mistakes pretty often, why so snarky?

I think it's fine to be disappointed that they misled you on the shrink wrap but it shouldn't cause your entire faith system in Amazon to collapse. Theorizing that there could be unseen damage, fretting over the fact that this was a returned item for a reason due to the record itself, and being upset that your discounted re-sold record has re-seller stickers on it seems like something that you should have made peace with when you were originally buying a returned/damaged product for a discount.
It didn't say it was a damaged record it just said there was minor damage to the cover but it was factory sealed.
Also, I posted this on reddit, these other 4 records I got from Amazon today were all the incorrect titles, Amazon seems to be messing up quite a bit for me recently:

The sticker is on the actual vinyl jacket?
Send it back and get refunded.
From what I can see, every single thing listed in the Warehouse deals section is used, though, so...
Yes the stickers are on the jacket not the shrink wrap. Also, I have gotten about 15 factory sealed records from Amazon warehouse deals in the past, this is the first one that I have received from them that was re shrinkwrapped.
-
If it came undamaged and you were going to open it and play it anyways, then who cares?
Well I didn't open it yet to check for the condition of the records themselves, as it is a returned record it's possible the records themselves were damaged hence why they were returned to begin with. Also those stickers are rather unsightly and not possible to remove without damaging the album cover. Also if I order a factory sealed record I expect to get a factory sealed record not a used one with stickers that is re shrinkwrapped.

I just got this album from Amazon Warehouse deals that said in the description: Factory Sealed. Medium wrinkle / bend on item case. But I got it today and it is clearly not factory sealed, underneath the shrink wrap is these Amazon warehouse deal stickers, they clearly re shrinkwrapped it which I have not had happen from them before. Also the packaging they used was straight up abysmal, it was shipped in this huge oversized box that had no packaging whatsoever, that looked like it had gotten kicked in, surprisingly it didn't get creased or broken from shipping.

I don't know if this has been posted about but the beautiful 18LP box set Merzbient, limited to 178 black copies, is currently half price at the label's web store: https://www.soleilmoon.com/shop/merzbow-merzbient-black-vinyl-18xlp-box/
It's on sale again at the moment. Might get it this time. Still a bit pricey but reasonable enough. If anyone else has this set, is it a good pressing?

Since the whole pepsi legal debate I was under the impression this wouldnt get released either.
Good thing these are promos and that they decided to release them for sale
I assume them being called "promos" is just a legal thing due to the use of uncleared samples on the album.
Bought a red one, $10 is pretty reasonable and the shipping cost was cheap.

My order came already, really fast shipping. None of the records arrived with any damage or seam splitting which was surprising even though the packaging was average. Got all these:

Ordered some great Krautrock and Electronic records and cds from them, even with the shipping it was still a great deal.
-
Its common, I also sometimes get records that have unremovable smudges on them (isopropyl alcohol doesn't remove them). Usually these flaws don't effect the play much if at all.

Ok, this is total fuck-up. I paid over $200 and got stuff worth $44. When I asked what the fuck, they replied records I ordered were out of stock and if I, by accident, want refund for them they may send me money. If I want. Two fucking months, package sent to me after a month just because I asked where it is and now that. What if I didn't ask? Fuck you, Relapse.
I had to open a paypal dispute to get them to ship my order, they shipped it the day after I opened the dispute. 2 records were missing but they refunded me for them. Well they sent a payment as a refund instead of an actual refund for the order so there was like a $1 fee which is ok but odd. Since they could technically open a paypal dispute for the refund though I highly doubt they would.
-
does that mean if I buy it, I get it for that price when it comes in stock? and won't be charged until I get it?
If it comes back in stock you will get it for that price, and yes they won't charge you unless it ships.

I just bought this box set:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MV7L284/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
William Onyeabor- Lp boxset 2For $16.44 shipped from amazon, usually sells for $60+.
This set is down to $16.96 at the moment, out of stock at the moment but worth a try.

Got 9 of the 11 records I ordered today, 2 of them were missing from the package (Mastodon- Leviathan, Neurosis- Souls at zero).
They shipped them yesterday and they came today. Hopefully they will either send the missing records or refund me for them.

I guess I'm alone here but I thought a lot of the music on this show sucked.
I agree, never cared for most of the music used in the show. I like many of the original tracks of songs that were covered but many of the covers were just bad.
-
Big surprise, they still didn't arrive yet.
-
Mine still didn't come yet either. I get that they are probably backed up with orders from the sale but 30 days is just too long to wait.
-
They only don't ship to you if you complain about not receiving your records on a message board.
Yeah I bet they totally stalk this forum to see who complains about their shoddy service, there's probably a person from Relapse reading this comment right now.
-
I don't consider waiting 21 days without so much as a response to my emails to be impatient, but whatever.
And I hate having to call a place to get a response, if I call them are they going to put me on hold forever?
-
Relapse doesn't reply to emails and hasn't shipped my order even though I bought it 3 weeks ago.
-
Still no package or reply to my multiple emails, what a joke. Do I have to call them to actually receive a response to my messages? Or will they just ignore that too. I emailed them at [email protected] and [email protected] and didn't get a response from either. If it doesn't come soon I'm just gonna open a PayPal dispute maybe that will get their attention.
-
Now if they would actually ship my order or at least reply to my emails, that would be great news.
