Haha, she does budget me to what I can buy per month. It's very hard to stick to. Should I stick it in the CD or Tuner or which audio output?

Hi guys, Got a technical question. I have an Ion Pure LP turntable, Marrantz PM5004 amp and Cambridge Audio SX50 speakers. I've only recently completed my set up, as I didn't have the money to buy it all together. I found that there is major feedback problem when everything is connected. From what I understand this is because the amp needs to be earthed to my turntable - the problem is that my turntable doesn't look like it has anything to connect to the earth cable. Is there a way to bypass or solve this problem? Do I need a pre amp? Do I need a different turntable? My girlfriend bought the turntable as a gift and I'd hate to sell it. I can supply pictures if need be. Liam
