  1. Probably the last update on this topic. After fulfilling all of our outstanding orders we have a a few copies left of the Deja Entendu Vinyl. It's on the site now, but is not indexed in the search yet, so you can basically find it on the site only by this link until tomorrow afternoon: http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=9619294. There is a qty limit of one per order. The price is no longer at pre-release pricing, but is still competitive. However, due to the pricing rules I expect that our system will price it higher by tomorrow afternoon.
  2. I see your signature says that you got screwed by CD Universe. Can you let me know what happened? If your order is already in our system, but canceled as you say, I can reactivated it unless there is some other issue and it will ship out today.
  3. I would need some sort of way to identify your order. Can you message me your Order ID or email address or first and last name?
  4. Hi, I'm from CD Universe. I just wanted everyone who ordered at CD Universe to know that we received enough to ship everyone's orders today and they should be out the door shortly.
  5. Hi everyone, I'm from CD Universe. I just got word from our main supplier and best hope that our order was canceled. We have an outside chance of getting it from another wholesaler, but I doubt that they'll be able to get any, since they likely would have been trying to get them from where we were getting them. That supplier had them in stock a few weeks ago, but are now showing none, so it appears that they allocated their stock and we didn't get any. We're, of course, very sorry that we couldn't get any and I actually had pretty high hopes because I thought we got our order in about as quickly as anyone could and well before the pre-order deadline. If you placed an order, you have not been charged so there's no harm in leaving the order open.
  6. CD Universe update: Our vendor sent us an update yesterday and are showing an actual quantity in their feed to us. Because that number exceeded what we had ordered, the item got automatically reactivated. However, the number that they are showing would not be reflecting allocations, so I don't think that the quantity they are showing would really be available to us, so I'm going to manually take it down for now. If we get all that we ordered everyone that placed an order (including those placed since yesterday) will get a copy with none to spare.
  7. I work for CD Universe. We're not sure how many if any of this title that we're going to get. This product showed up in our automated feed with no restrictions, so we put it up as a pre-order. We sold 56 copies in a 24 hour period which prompted us to get more information. We were told that this was going to be for Record Store Day only and not for sale online, so we suspended orders. We were told that we could get some after Record Store Day, but based on the demand it seemed unlikely. Anyone who ordered is in the queue and their orders would get fulfilled in the order that they were placed, assuming there are no payment issues (nobody is charged until it is shipped). However, today I was told that we can sell it domestically as long as we don't export it because outside of the US it can only be sold on Record Store Day. So, we had to cancel some orders that were not being shipped to the US. That leaves us with a smaller number that we would have to acquire, but still large. I'm actively working on getting our order in with hopes that we can get this item, but it obviously is very uncertain at this point.
