Finally getting a chance to spin this. Great fuckin record. There’s a track on the B side that stopped me in my tracks, if you will. Good G work with some tight drumming. Somewhere on the middle of the B side. Idk…you guys look at song titles? lol

I'm going to assume it's Rodin. That's the one that gets me more so than the rest, each time I listen.

I think I’m gonna’ hold off on listening to the new tracks.  The release date is only… what, 3 weeks out?  I hate knowing half of an album through singles before I can hear it front to back.  But that’s me.

    Definitely seconding this.
I've permanently wrecked the flow in my head for other records I've looked forward to. This is one I expect to wear out like their last two full lengths and want to hear the whole thing together.

Weren’t we getting represses on the back catalog from Relapse? I’ve been anxiously waiting

The one thing I can appreciate about Relapse is they wont put up a pre-order until they have their product in hand, or at least have a guaranteed ship date.

There are a considerable about of releases to press so it'll take some time until all those logistics line up, I'm sure.

I highly recommend you to use ship7 like I do.  They are mail-forwarding company, and not only you can buy stuff from stores that only ship the us, you save a ton on shipping. They let you store the orders for up to 60 days and you can ship different orders together. I usually wait till I have 8-10 (im actually waiting for said TAAS indie exclusives to come in) records and it costs around 12-13 dollars per record to ship to Europe, so i save a lot using this instead of getting everything shipped directly from the label.

    You can calculate here

    https://ship7.com/prices

Gave it a shot. Still $22USD to ship a single record from their New Jersey warehouse. Depending on the ship from the store, it might be slightly cheaper in the end but not by much. Chalking it up to Canada shipping problems in general.

I appreciate the help, might just cave and get a PO Box one of these days.

That sucks. Are you sure there isn't a New York store that could ship it to you for a much cheaper rate? I mean Toronto touches borders physically with two different United States.

When i go through a lot of the indie stores, nearly all of them use the same shipping structure so shipping prices are identical. I could only find one or two willing to ship international but no difference in price.

I'll give that Ship7 a look but it is mostly the cost of shipping across Canada. It's incredibly expensive to even ship domestically here but, the prices for these records are exceptionally high.
