Somebody mentioned on a different forum (stevehoffmantv.com coupons thread) that the daily deals were free shipping. Everything else does incur shipping charges. If I understand correctly, the "red hot summer deals" are shipped free, but if you added something from another category you would be charged shipping? I'm not sure. It's not the best, but that hasn't deterred me from repeat and frequent orders. Lately I have been picking up a lot of single records from them off discogs. I'd say the mailers do pretty good, but maybe 1 in 7 have a slight/significant corner bend. Their customer service is pretty good though, they will always pay for shipping back a damaged record. I have come to expect a slight damage/bent sleeve from them on occasion, and rarely return anything because of sleeve damage. I think the payoff is worth it when I figure how much these records cost from other sources. Just my two cents. As a very cheap person, I'd say ccmusic is pretty great
