I got my copy today and sounds great so far. Crazy amount of paper specks on the record but nothing a brush cant handle.

Got my smokey clear copy a couple of weeks ago that was ordered from their bandcamp store. Pressing quality is very good and it sounds equally impressive.

I've got Maggie Mg3a's, so while there is bass, its hardly full. My active crossover allows me to integrate a sub easily, but getting it to blend can be difficult. I have always wanted to try a sub and will eventually, but placement may be an issue. I am not a bass head by any means, but I do wonder what is going on below say 50hz.

Considering the nature of ambient and the band's name, sometimes that's the best part.

Totally agree. I think Chasing after Shadows still strikes the best balance of all their releases, but in my mind, Hammock can do no wrong!

Gave it a number of listens and its really growing on me. Happy they toned down the strings and the guitar tones have a lot of variety. Never thought we would get borderline 'yelling' in a Hammock song haha (we were so young). So far the first track and you walk around shining like the sun are my favorites.

Mine arrived on Tuesday and came with two 7's from the label as well! Clear with black smoke sounds great...for a noise record haha.

How is the pressing? Any surface noise?

So far, pressing quality is excellent. Only listened to the first 4 sides last night (similes + B-sides) and there was very little surface noise. Wasnt sure what to expect but all records came in diskeeper sleeves which is a nice bonus.

I've got a JVC QL-Y55F. It's my first big boy turntable.

Nice! I have its  big brother, the Y66F. Never thought I would want/need a fully auto table, but its just so convenient. Been searching high and low for the s-arm and the additional subweight, but lord knows I will never find one. My OC-9mk2 is just a tad too heavy, but it still works. My next table will either be a Yamaha GT-750 or get lost in Micro Seiki's offerings such as the DDX-1000. I just cant stay away from late 70's-mid 80's JDM tables!

Wow! Hopefully someday I will be able to pick up a copy of Matador. Force Majure arrived a couple weeks ago and was pleasantly suprised as Swim Team just really didnt do anything for me.

Received mine as well without damage! 1st track on side A, however has pops/clicks throughout the song, but the rest of the record plays decently. I agree that the sound quality is decent, but there is little surface noise. Hopefully Yume will be a better pressing, but still happy to have this join the collection.

I messaged Keith today so hopefully he can provide an ETA.

Hey guys, have any of you had issues with Mylene Sheath lately? I ordered a red copy almost a month ago now. Money posted to bank account and everything. I have emailed a number of times now simply asking for an update on the shipment, but all I get is radio silence. Have ordered from them before with success so not sure whats going on. If any of you have any insight on a better way to contact, please let me know!
