That's awesome. If you have a link, you should post it here. I will probably end up buying this again sometime down the road and it'd be great to have for $12.

I bought that Father John Misty LP and the packaging looked silly but my copy came safely and in great shape. I know some people mentioned warping but my gut feeling is that that seller found themselves with a large batch of discounted/damaged LPs and sold the ones that seemed usable. I always thought warping was due to heat and bad storage conditions and not the sturdiness of the package.

Discount over.

Copies are being sold for $10-12 shipped from Germany via Discogs (see below). If you have any questions about which sellers are recommended, post here or maybe PM mertzrock (if he is cool with it).

I'm a big Dr. Dog fan but I'll wait to order this on regular black. I imagine it should be on Amazon for under $18 Prime soon.

Sometimes, when there is a huge location shift like this, it is just a scanning glitch and not the actual route that the package has taken.
I once had a packages go from Bell Gardens, California to Nevada and back to California within 24 hours and a postal employee explained that the package was at Bell Gardens the entire time but was having scanning issues.

I had to move all my records and the turntable into the bedroom because the kitten is a nightmare.

The Amazon-style mailers have worked great for me, both as a buyer and seller. I've shipped out about 20-25 records and received about 30-35 records in that style of mailer in the last half-year or so and I prefer it to the standard mailer.

I feel bad for everyone who has been involved in this. If it were me, I would just focus on getting my money back and give up on trying to get a satisfying response from the seller or closure on what actually happened. It doesn't sound like the latter is going to happen.
